"I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease a year ago and after spending a few days in the sun cleaning out my garden and hours painting I was in a full flare this past week (muscle and joint pain, rashes, mouth sores, debilitating fatigue...I was a hot mess).
I was reminded about your company and thought “Why have I not done this?”
I compared the Raw Food and Juice package with the autoimmune protocol diet I had been researching and saw that it fit perfectly. I thought it was a great way to introduce my body to a properly prepared diet and I immediately ordered a three day package in hopes that a change in diet would help.
I’m embarrassed to say I had been living on sugar and caffeine for months prior to this at home with Covid restrictions!
