NEW Super-Avo Smoothie

Avocado's our absolute favourite "super" fruit (and yes, it's a fruit not a veggie! And technically speaking, it's actually considered to be a berry!) ....

Anywho, we have added this incredible litttle powerhouse (and his cape) to our latest smoothie, packing it full of potassium, VitaminK, Vitamin E and a whole pile of B-vitamins!

Ingredients:
Banana + avocado + spinach + romaine + pineapple + lime 

We also add a hint of our Soothe Botanical blend to help with inflammation during those active Spring & Summer months!
